    How long does it take to receive my product?

    Typically, it takes about 2-3 business days for our socks. Once shipped, Postal Service will deliver continental AU orders in 3-5 business days. Shipping is currently available to AU, NZ, address as of the moment and delivery time is around 3-5 working days.

    Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.

    Tips: As the impact of COVID-19, the delivery may be delayed according to the local epidemic situation and government policies.

    Can I change the destination country of my order?

    After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address. 

    How much is shipping?

    We provide Free Shipping over AU$89 Worldwide. 

    How will I know my order has shipped?

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update. 

    Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.


    Are your products shipped in Australia?

    At present, our products only have customized socks shipped from the Australian factory, and pajamas, blankets and other products are shipped from other factories. If your order only includes socks, your package will be shipped from the Australian factory. If your order includes other products besides socks, such as pajamas or blankets, your package will be shipped from another factory.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Shipping is currently available only to AU, NZ, address as of the moment. All destination can be found upon checkout. If you are not sure whether we could ship to your country, please send inquiry to our customer service team at cs@myfacesocks.com.au
    NOTE: All prices on our site are AUD. Once you complete your transaction, it will charge your card in your respective currency.

    Please note: 

    • If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift. 
    • At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.
    • Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.
    • We do not offer overnight shipping.
